too many impurities in coal ...doesnt burn clean

Natural gas burns to water and CO2

Nuclear releases steam ...and they ship the waste off to somewhere quiet ...(I vote Adelaide)

Steady on, MB. You are sounding a bit logical there. I'm not sure the pinkos will grasp the concept. Cool

You have to admit Skully, that she did not stumble last night. It was actually not a bad performance whatsoever.

Not at all MB.

I don't like Abbott, yet I was partial enough to give him credit when he appeared on Q & A during the election campaign. He did okay and did not stumble (which I was hoping he would)

Abbott during the town hall debates did well.

I was mature enough to admit that.

So your comment is really unjustified.

Even Jabba the Hut tweeted last night and said "like her or not, this is a really impressive performance" Jabba hates Julia is is trying to bring her down.

I don't know if this is true or not but it was on Ch 10 so it must be (or not)

34% of septics are unsure of where Obama was born.
That figures rises to 66% if they watch Fox News

So, things haven't changed on the politics threads on here. Some of the discussion can be quite reasonable. Until skully and/or horace get involved, then it's best to just walk away..

Get involved? I started it for just this purpose. And it has worked brilliantly. Zoggy trying a lame sledge from afar. Cool

Mick, Ponts and qmy's blood pressure have been through the roof in the past few nights. And Mick spends all night trying (and failing dismally) to come up with a deeply cutting insult, before storming off in a foot-stamping red misty huff. Laughing

More gold from Zoggy. Call me names and I am meant to cower away am I? You are the epitome of a pinko voter. No brains and threatening to beat up those that have a counter view.

It's poor form to come lumbering in swearing your head off like a crazed drunken Irishman. Laughing
