Aye qmy..
Read a story some time ago that suggests head office grills women after pre selection about their sexual history, Inc naming names. They also grill the women about whether they are or intend to get pregnant and how they would balance work and family responsibilities.

'There's none purer than the impotent' - Gough Whitlam, in 'animated discussion' with Jim Cairns and the rest of the ALP Lefter-than-thou in 1970.
Self-immolation as the ultimate in pointless self-indulgence....

I can't remember who his deputy was but the story goes on the Sunday after the election he and Gough sat down with officials and started putting the revolution in process. The likely cabinet confronted him and his one line reply was "none of you qunts matter". I suppose there's a time for erudity and then there's not.

Lance Barnard (Tasmanian)
It was a cabinet of two, really. Worked pretty well; then the power devolved to Cairns, Connors, Grassby, et al, and things started to resemble a King William.

Re: Trouble in Aus State Politics
Hard to see the Gladyator surviving the current ICAC investigation of former MP Daryl Maguire.
It seems so unlikely that she knew nothing of his dodgy dealings while they were bonking.
On that last point, one wonders whether he made the conscious effort to get cosy with her in an effort to further his dodgy enterprises. So far she seems to be clean but as the ICAC party continues things might get murky for her.

He admitted he was a lousy businessman and his only real money was coming from the cash for visas scheme. Still think she adopted the Sergeant Schulz attitude towards his business dealings, which again is further proof of her stupidity.
I suspect she'll be gone one way or another by Xmas.

The ATO will be very interested in it all as well - if he got that $1.5m on the Badgery's Creek sale, he wouldn't have paid tax on it (let alone GST).

Screw the American dream. I'd like to think we're the sort of country where Zok Kirkup can become p.m.

It seems Zak the Royal Farkup Kirkup stamped himself as a future Liberal avatar by calling McClown a 'princess' who had to 'harden up.

28 days of CV doughnuts in Vic. The Chips have opened the borders. Vic borders remain closed to Palmer, lap band George and Hanson (and their ice/religion addled adherents).

She has had a bad couple of months. Crook shagging, pork barrelling and sneezing over people.

Cupboard is pretty bare in all States.
If that jibbering fool Steven Miles is the next best the Pinkos have in Qld after Palashit, that is seriously scary.
