Louisiana almost always has the highest murder rate in the US. Last time i checked the number was around 11.1 murders per 100,000 people.

Hilariously, the video was uploaded as entertainment by a Merican gun nut, not in the slightest appalled by the casual danger and actual mortal injury (a child shot a man at point blank range), and in fact vowing to delete people posting about gun control.
