only two real contenders i think. lee and tendulkar. lee should get it imo, he was far and away the best bowler in the series. though in recent times visiting players have gotten MOTS in australia without having the best stats (tendulkar 99, vaughan 02 and dravid 03)

just as i say that symonds takes sehwag's wicket. over 400 runs and 9 wickets is not too shabby

Symonds is a bit of a smokey, but he has contributed something of value to just about all 16 innings of the series. He wouldn't be the most ridiculous choice ever.
