Haddin's place in the team really needs to come into question. He's there to keep wickets - if he's not doing that well then it doesn't matter how good his batting is. We need someone you can trust behind the stumps.

Matthew Wade from Victoria has been getting some good press but I haven't seen all that much of him myself.

My selection criteria for the Australian wicket-keeper is simple. Is this man the best gloveman in the country and can he average at least 10 with the bat? If so, he's got the job.

How's this Mitchell Johnson as the next I.T. Botham working out? Good start to his career followed by a tortuous decline? Just needs the pot belly and the mullet now.

All this talk of the next great Aussie all rounder and none of you twigged that the magnificant Steven Smith would be holding down the all rounder birth by the end of 2010.

Yes...and hopefully he would'nt be an automatic selection in Australia's T20. ODI & Test sides....because he has'nt done anything to justify either.
