I think that Johnson can still struggle in second innings performances when the pitch is flat. He's benefited a bit of late with a lot of pitch assistance, especially in Durban bowling when the pitch was rather nasty. But in Perth and Melbourne and even to some extent in the second innings in Natal, he didn't necessarily look lethal.
