Depends if JGK wants MUrray to win or not. The JGK pineapple has amazing stoppage powers.
Mind you, given what's happened with the past few bets I've placed, maybe I ould go into the stopping business myself...

I lost a pineapple farm on the Rugby over the weekend. Any other player might be an option however, just got that feeling.

Incidentally did you all hear about Richard Gasquet?
He was banned for taking cocaine but was then cleared after they accepted his excuse "that he kissed a woman, identified in the ruling only as "Pamela", and suggested that was how the cocaine entered his system. "
Can't believe he got away with it .

Farwell Marat Safin. This was his last grand slam tournament and he bowed out to Jurgen Melzer in the first round. It was always entertaining watching him play. Quite a character, and a real talent who could have achieved a lot more if it wasn't for his shaky temperement.

Hewitt easily beats Chela - next stop is another thrashing at the hands of Fed in the 3rd round.

Tennis, it's right up there with cycling when it comes to excuses.vilkrang wrote:Incidentally did you all hear about Richard Gasquet?

The only two Dads in the top 40 and both considered 'old' at 28. Yikes!
It must've been a very bittersweet win for Hewie in 2001.

Anyone more undeserving of the # 1 ranking in the history of women's tennis than Jankovic?
And is Ivanovic a one slam wonder?

Ivanovic, Sharapova, and Safina are complete imposters. Biggest bunch of chokers imaginable and in all honesty probably no better or worse than 20 other players on the women's tour. They're just ranked higher because they win the shitty small tournaments that no one cares about. 2 of them are hot, though. Shame they have the combined mental strength of a field mouse.
