Yet another FC ton for Dravid, on 121* now.

Fitness permitting, my Indian attack for the first test against Aus would be-

Zaheer
Rp Singh
Munaf
Kumble

There is no doubt that when fully fit Munaf is one of India's top 3 or 4 fast bowlers. Has he been bowling quick recently?

I wouldn't bother with Munaf. His first spell is aggressive and quick, then he just becomes 'lollipops'. What's the point. Choose that little angry count. He's got some skill.

Days when he plays well, all of Munaf's spells are good, when he plays badly he's awful. Think Jekyll and Hyde.

And Sreesanth must play. My first choice would be,

Zaheer
Sreesanth
Munaf
Kumble

Hmm, I've seen most of Munaf's international career. Seems like a one-spell patty-cake. India have more reliable bowlers.

Neither Raina, Tiwary or Badrinath have done much in the 1st innings of these matches. However Parthiv Patel is going strong at 140*, keeping up his amazing run of form. Karthik and Jaffer better watch out.

However both Jaffer and Karthik have also scored half centuries for their sides as well.

Mumbai in a bit of trouble after having bowled out TN for a lowish score.

nayar playing an absolute blinder once again this season. 96 off 76 balls with bombay 280/7. this boy has some serious potential if he works on his bowling a bit more

a lead of 150-200 would be nice. dont want a karnataka repeat, though no one like dravid in TN

And Yusuf Pathan is single-handedly playing against Bengal almost. 5 wickets and a 183 at a SR of 122, and another wicket just before the close of play.

An interesting super league tie between reining champs Mumbai and Delhi is being played atm at Wankhede.

Mumbai scored just 166 runs in their first innings, while Delhi was bowled out for 251 in their first innings. Gambhir scored 89 for Delhi.

Then Mumbai rallied and scored 471 runs in their second innings giving Delhi a steep target of 386 to chase on a final day Wankhede wicket. For Mumbai Kukreja scored 199, while ever impressive Nayar scored 93.

In reply Delhi currently have scored 3/236, with Gambhir still batting on 121*. Sehwag scored a golden duck in this innings after getting dismissed for 16 in the first innings.

Delhi requires another 151 runs in remaining 17 overs to get full points from this tie, even though they're assured of 2 points on the basis of first innings lead they had over Mumbai.

On the other hand Rajasthan is getting just more and more dire ever since Greg Chappell took over as Director of Cricket for Rajasthan.

Today they get bundled out for 188 after scoring 172 in the first innings and handing a very unfancied team like Saurashtra a 200-win in this tie.

Rajasthan's scores in the Ranji trophy super league are,

85 and 249 against Delhi,

105 and 303 against Maharashtra,

172 and 188 against Saurashtra.

Needless to say they've lost all 3 ties so far and are at the bottom in 8-team group of super league.

Punjab - 124/3 against Bengal. Strange, they haven't picked Yuvraj.

HP - 97/1 against Delhi. Hyderabad 123/2 against Orissa. Maharashtra at 141/3 at a good rate against Mumbai. TN at 119/0 against Saurashtra. And Baroda 124/2 against UP.

Rajasthan actually not crumbling completely for once. 126/3 against Karnataka.
