Re: Rugby Leeeeeg 2011
I never tip Souths. Could we get them expelled from the comp again?

They deserve it - just for having Russell Crowe as an owner.

It's been a while since I watched a game that was 2-0 after 60 minutes!

Re: Rugby Leeeeeg 2011
Pretty brutal defensive game with the first try not arriving until the 69th minute. The Drags ended up with 2 tries and a 16-0 win to join the Storm and Broncs at the top of the table.
Amazing defence by Matt Cooper with the score at 2-0 to the Drags. Rabbits forward was literally leaning over the line and about to slam the ball down before Cooper manhandled him back out into the field of play. Cooper has to be in the SoO Blues side for his defence. He also set up a try for Darius Boyd.

I think Coop retired from SOO at the start of the season. Good result for the Dragons!
That tackle was incredible.

Mentioned in the Dickhead thread, but R00ters are stalling on a Carney decision. Soft c0cks.

News just in, both Carney and Watts suspended indefinitely, with Watts issued with a breech notice.

Re: Rugby Leeeeeg 2011
Carney suspended
"Sydney Roosters have slapped Todd Carney and Anthony Watts with indefinite bans following the pair's fateful bender last weekend in Sydney's eastern suburbs.
Roosters chief executive Steve Noyce conceded each player's situation was different, with Carney breaking club rules and Watts due to front court on Thursday facing charges of assaulting his girlfriend at a house party.
But the pair's fate was equal, with both banned from the club until further notice - but on full pay."
-----------------------------------------------------
Geez, Carney's rap sheet makes ugly reading (see linky). And PMSL - the R00ters have suspended him indefinitely and he won't be able to return until given a medical clearance. What's the cure for dumbness?
