Indeed. Bobby Lindner said it was a heinous crime what Taylor committed.G.Wood wrote:Billies are going a bit spare about some origin player getting banned because the Judiciary is biased.
Someone said on the wireless "errr the judiciary contains a spiv, a snoozer and a chip". That shut them up
for about 22 seconds
Round-shouldered (from the chips) Banjos are hilarious.

I hope so. Why they bother to select the fragile thing and why the Broncos haven't cut him is beyond me. Hardly value for money.

Good news. Sounds as though Phil Gould is losing his voice. With a bit of luck he will be totally silent by Wednesday.

Definately croaky. Could be a ruse to save Nein face on Wednesday and put a Qlder on the call team. Not that it bothers me. I normally listen on radio. As David Moreau get's that excited whenever anyone including a ballboy gets the ball in his hands the ABC's call can come across as unbiased and at times incomprehensible.. Thankfully he's got a good back-up team.

Ugh. The Drags have certainly suffered the usual fate of the Broncs at this time of year. Another 2 points dropped to the Knights. Sounds like they really missed Soward's organisational skills and goal kicking. Now down to 3rd after being 4 points clear 6 weeks ago.
And to top it off, the Maroons will probably smash the Blues midweek.
Chief has 0-4 this weekend and is right p!ssed.

Joel Edwards quickly gaining a reputation as one of the better hitmen in the competition.

WTF was Simmons doing with that chip kick. He could have dived at ground level and his momentum would've got him over. I was backing the Knights (reluctantly) but that was just downright stupid.

Pretty good hit wasn't it? I think they deserved possesion for the hit alone.

I don't go in these things as a rule (although did last year because it was my work comp and the Chief wanted to go in it, so I reluctantly joined). The Chief asked me what I thought after she'd entered her tips. I didn't agree with her picking the Dogs, Eels or Drags. But what would I know?

So was the media exposure the bookie who paid out a month ago on the Drags winning the minor premiership worth the double payout they'll have to make when the Drags don't win it?

It's not so much media exposure as a way of allowing them to legally accept no more bets on the Drags. Some actuary crunched the numbers and worked out this was their best possible result I spose.
It's hardly a record. I think a bookie paid out on AFL wooden spooners after round 4.

Phurt. No way is he better than Lewis or Daley.

Locky's certainly not as good as Lewis but at least as good as Daley and better than Fittler.

My problem with Fittler (apart from being a farkwit) is there was always a spot for him. So second row, lock, centre, 5/8. The ARL (read NSWRL) just needed their brain dead wanker somewhere on the representative field. Quite often to their cost with an OAP making a 12000 mile dash to make a fool of him.

Kimmorley said "(But) I think he's become probably the best five-eighth in the game over the last 20 years."
Wally retired from SoO in 1991 and last played for Gold Coast in 1992
So he isnt comparing him to the King ...

No he is not. But the queue of people that stretches around the block are claiming Darren is in the top 3 players of all time, which means they think he is better than the King.

Why? They could only think that if they were claiming he was the best player of all time. He might make a top five though.
