We contributors to this august meeting place don't always agree obviously - this is not a forum of eternal summer love, and what lollipops there are generally fall under the steamroller of cutbacks - and (therefore) often express ourselves at odds with others, not to mention a lot of arsing around through sense of fun, boredom or whatever ~ ~ ~ but what I meant was the bloody-minded stirring with little justified cause. (Funny - the flaming devil smiley seems to have vanished ....)
