Re: The reported threads.
I agree, Pete. qmy is clearly wallowing in his own vomit at the moment, and taking the opportunity, as he always does, to drag up old grudges. You see, taccy made poor ol' gin liver look like a goose on many occasions. So here's his chance to stick the knife in when taccy is not around to defend himself, or cut him down with one short sentence. Nice work, qmy. I trust you are pleased with your night's work.

Re: The reported threads.
Well, the SFB was a genuine question.
I welcome Bradman's contributions, - as I do anyone else's in fact.
I just shrug at, shrug off or ignore the worse ones.

Sh!t Fer Brains. qmy's well thought out, but 2 years late retort (that's how slow Banjos are) to some hurtful posts made by tac towards qmy. Chippies hold grudge's forever, that's why they are called chippies.PeterCS wrote:Well, the SFB was a genuine question.

Re: The reported threads.
SFB=sh!t For Brains=tac. I'm having a good time. Am no where near drunk. And apparently am being taken to task for keeping things "up beat and jive". Something I failed at miserably yesterday when I could've accidentally top/bottom'd before I was called away to make some salads.
And the Reds won.

Re: The reported threads.
Well, sometimes you miss posts that get added to and/or slide off down the page if you are not on for a couple of days.
Done it myself.
The things I've been called!
And I didn't even notice.
Probably still haven't read most of them.
Qunts!

I am presuming the Reds are part of that Great Tribal SoOkFest that the right half of Oz revels in every so often?

Seriously though, thee have only been about two occasions I've been genuinely nettled by what has been posted on this forum.

Because - apart from anything else - even when some treat this place as a vent for spleen and general sh:ithouse, virtual sh:t is not actually the sort of excreta that st:cks.

Pages 7 and 8 of this thread have taken the edge off a rather classic offering.

Tac couldn't hurt a fly. His posts were always a joke and usually revolved around accusing me of being someone I couldn't be and retorting to peurile schoolyard taunts when it was pointed out.
Still defending your old buddy on the same thread you distanced yourself from him. Pretty pissweak.
As for grudges. You just keep that chip on your shoulder over the election and refuse to debate with substance.

Naw, I don't think you have ever got up my nose.
We contributors to this august meeting place don't always agree obviously - this is not a forum of eternal summer love, and what lollipops there are generally fall under the steamroller of cutbacks - and (therefore) often express ourselves at odds with others, not to mention a lot of arsing around through sense of fun, boredom or whatever ~ ~ ~ but what I meant was the bloody-minded stirring with little justified cause. (Funny - the flaming devil smiley seems to have vanished ....)
Anyway, nuff said. This is hardly the place for excessive solemnity.

True. But words can wound. And occasionally (though hardly on FB) kill.

Meh, if you are wounded by words, as clearly old Banjo chippy boy is, then you shouldn't forum. And, in his case, you certainly shouldn't forum drunk. You tend to make an arse of yourself.

I object to that. I'm at least 0.5 vilks and all of it legal. At least for the time being.
