Not true. My wife is one of the most racist persons I know. I'm just as guilty when it comes to the Catholic Church (though that's justified) and having worked in a lot of third world countries I can attest to the fact racism is alive and well worldwide.
My (very brown) son will hopefully grow up hating everyone (*esp racists).

NT result was the first determined by Aboriginal vote...much debate about whether the result refeects on the intervention
interesting interviews with Marcia Langton... is supporting deferral of Referendum on change to the constitution on removal of race powers held by the Commonwealth because she thinks the proposal will go down...thinks Oz electorate is not ready and that a yes vote would be contingent on the tories being in power with ALP support...
Also wants to reframe govt policy on welfare reform...wants focus on disadvantage not special entitlement for 1st nations members...Aborigianal Oz's are disproportinately represented in the bottom income centiles...
also note that the latest polls are unbelievably showing a climb back for the ALP and the PM...immense pressure now on the mad monk with Turnbull increasingly likely to get the numbers for a spill

Long way to go. Need two months of polls showing 48-52 before the Libs decide to even contemplate a change.

Aye. Bolts is making a lot of noise on this point and has had numerous small business owners on air reporting massive electricity increases because of the Carbon Tax.Paul Keating wrote:People are still waiting on the first electric bill to arrive before passing judgment.

Had some drinks with a few 2GB guys on the weekend. They (and just about the rest of the staff at the station) utterly despise Bolts. Reckon he is just about the worst guy they know.

It does seem a strange thing to say although I note it was made at a "closed door" event so someone in the crowd must have blabbed.

sorry S...made an edit...small minded small people are what keeps their businesses small...suggest you do some research on the life cycle of small business proprietors...slightly longer life span than an average bogong moth...they lack vision and ambition...no wonder they identify with the libs
