Ironic that you live in Australia when all your waking life is spent thinking about South Africa.

I thought she paid some Greek woman to curse him.

400 up. England's innings, so far, has consisted of batsmen who didn't get out, until they got out.

He only took the wickets of some of batsmen who had their wickets taken against Pakistan.

That's more like it.

I didn't realize how much man-love there is in India for the KayPee, the crowds, commentators, former players...
Likely he returns from the IPL with his head twice the usual inflated size.

Ojha all the way again. Ashwin facing his first bad series as a bowler. Bhajji continues being a bad clueless twat in his 99th test despite having 400 wickets? His only chance to show his mettle and experience and he flops even then?
So with 3 spinners we still have had 2 guys not performing. Ashwin can be excused at least given his recent run last year. Ghati, Bhajji, Dhoni and SRT make up for 4 passengers in the team now. Add inconsistent Yuvraj and Shitwag to the equation and we have team that will lose this test surely.

I think India have missed Yadav. He gave them something a little different.
Re: India v England, 2nd Test, Mumbai, 23-27 November, 2012
So lets say England make 500. We will need to get at least 370-400 to make a match of it. I doubt our current batting lineup can deliver that. Shitwag's inconsistency at top, Ghati's consistent failures at guarding his off stump, showboating old man SRT, clueless against spin Yuvraj, not a test player anymore Dhoni...wow! Thats confidence boosting alright!

Aye, one spinner, or non spinner Bhajji in this case, too many.Brass Monkey wrote:I think India have missed Yadav. He gave them something a little different.

Broad sold him a dummy. I'm not reading loads into it, but maybe he sees himself as a better batsman than Prior?

Not after that shot... good catch, though, at short leg.

Broad should have fallen on his sword and crossed with Prior, all out coming up very soon now.

Two centurions aside, England's batsmen have been woeful. Two guys score over 300 runs between them yet we're still struggling for a game-defining lead. We need 120+. Anything less than that and us batting last may render our lead inconsequential. India still favourites unless the tail wags.
