Rafiq and Stokes have been with the senior squad, I wonder if that's a sign that they will get a game in the warm-up match?

Maybe just makes sense.

If we're possibly looking to go down the five bowler route, Stokes is an alright third seamer. And he can bat. Not against spinners and he's also out of form, but he can bat.

Rafiq must just be cover for one of the other spinners because it's most likely we've come to the conclusion that Samit's nothing more than a fill-in at Test level so if one of them breaks down, there's a proper replacement.
