It was a great comeback from Aus from the point Midge came to the wicket in I1.

Australia were simply mentally stronger in this match. India self-destructed and should be taking a long, hard look at themselves. (Although it's likely they don't really give a shit)

Unfortch, the NSP will only make 2 changes - Rhino for Koo and someone for Puddle. But Haddit and Twatson should also be gone.
Great stuff from the new skipper. What a mighty Spiv he is!!!

Congrats to Hazy on an outstanding debut, and Midge on affirming his class.

I think four team changes really would be too many; so I just expect the two.
Happy Rogers made runs in this game; and especially with his second innings approach.

When all's said and done, 4 players carried us, Tweak, Midge, Hazy and Elmer. That's not good enough.

Well the mouthpieces are saying Burns or Cowan in for Marsh and to play at 3 with Watson down the order )again).

Somehow they seem to think that moving Watson up and down the order is always the solution rather than simply leaving him out.

Despite being a batting all rounder, it's Watson's wobbly medium pace trundlers that have been keeping him in the side for the last three years.

Smith MoM to complete dream start as captain.

You can bet Twatson is using this as justification for his poor form.

Two cracking tests, shame it isn't a 5 match series as only one side can win now.

Just seen that India were complaining about the practice wickets at the Gabba?!?!
Surely they are as good an anywhere in the world?

Put out the press release as soon as he was injured this morning. Australia had to use the same ones apparently so it's a case of what spangler said.

Dhoni really needs to go as captain. The thing is- Does anyone have the balls to sack him? I doubt it.

The ECB? They aren't scared of making the hard decisions.

Seems they are made to replicate what is happening with the pitch in the middle, so not sure what India would get out of batting on a fresh pitch, when the one they are playing on is into it's Fourth day.

A lot of Watto hate on here.
Gawd knows what it'd have been like if, despite his tight, wicket-nipping overs and all-round contributions, Aus had lost.
I'm not sure if he should be scapegoated for the home side's win. (btw: What's the current opinion on Haddin, Rogers?)
