He's more useful to the side while injured. Not seen much of Patel tbh.

A visibly distressed Shane Watson has left the MCG nets after a blow to the head that brought Australia's training session to an eerie halt before the Boxing Day Test.
Fast bowler James Pattinson, who bowled the ball that struck Watson on the helmet, also walked out of the nets looking shaken as players and officials checked on the all-rounder's welfare.
The reaction to the blow, which caused Watson to fall to his knees, then walk out of the nets and sit with his head in his hands for several minutes before leaving the session with team doctor Peter Brukner, shows how raw the emotions are among Australia's cricketers just weeks after Phillip Hughes was fatally injured while batting during a Sheffield Shield game.
Watson was not believed to be injured, but he took time out in the dressing room after the blow.
Good to see Patto back and bowling quick.

Did Mr and Mrs P never tell their sons the story about the boy who cried wolf?

Obv not Mr and Mrs W.....but if Young Patto so easily fell for the routine he may not be that familiar with the story either.

The only distress is to cricket followers as he has said he is fit to play.

It depends on which country the poster claims to come from. Some have an Australian flag or a French one.
Dello is shown as coming from India.
......... and a lot of Australians are shown as being from England. Possibly that is the default setting.
To be honest, I have no idea.
