Shah was a strange one... always seemed to have the talent, never really made it stick in any format. Always under pressure for his place, perhaps, but never looked at ease. His tendency to be run out (he and Chavi Flops were our version of Inzy and MoYo for a while!) was symptomatic of his nervous demeanour, some players seem to use that to their advantage but for him it was his undoing at international level.
