Pakistan lost the recent 2nd Test at MCG v Australia by an innings after commencing their 2nd innings on Day 5. I believe this has only happened 4 times previously in Tests. Anyone wanna do a search and destroy? I'm happy to give clues.

I think the other might have been Pakistan against New Zealand in 2014/15.

Too hard for me, this one ... I do know that Doug Walters and Bevan Congdon took their first Michelles very late in their careers, perhaps as late as anybody, but neither of them took enough wickets to be on this list.
