Fifita had a massive game and set up the win. MoM for mine. Tedesco had a blinder of a 2nd half, particularly in defence.

When you are dominant over a long period, as Qld have been, a loss hurts so much more!!!

How good was Jimmy Maloney's right foot step to leave Darius Boyd clutching at air in the Blues 1st try?? Fifita's brilliant run and pass set it up but Maloney still had a bit to do to get the ball over the line.

In the clash of the fullbacks, it was Tedesco first (he got the match ball from the players - mainly for his outstanding defence), daylight second.

I'm tipping Justin O'Neill to be flicked for game 2 (he had a shocker), Darius to be moved to wing or centre and Billy Slater to be recalled. And they'll needle up JT to get him on the park, and fark him for the season.

I reckon Tedesco should have got MoM.
