I can assure you there IS a scorecard in the 60s that fits the bill.
Hint: "A completed innings" doesn't have to be all 10 wickets. If a team scores the necessary runs to win the match, that innings is deemed completed by virtue of the match finishing.
Extra hints:
Only 2 scores of 100 and 50 in a Test (with 4 completed innings) made by the same player (2 HSs of opposition innings listed):
? - 60s in a losing effort.
? - 80s in a winning effort.
SL (287 & 190) beat SAf (126 & 73), Galle, 2018
SL – FDM Karunaratne 158* & 60 ; SAf – F du Plessis 49 & VD Philander 22*

Okay, so I'll assume it is John Reid (NZ) v England in 1962/63.
Surely, the Ulyett match that I mentioned earlier also fits the bill with that definition

W has one. Ulyett's doesn't qualify with the "tweeked to match Karu" Q.

Re: Trivia 2018
One of our learned fellow posters contacted me last week and made the point that Jason Holder had just joined a fairly elite group of men who played 30+ Tests and achieved a batting average above 30 and a bowling average below 30.
Holder's record currently stands at 34 Tests, 1,483 runs at 30.26, 81 wickets at 29.35. He joins 13 others to achieve the feat of 30+ Tests, 1000+ runs @ >30 average, and 50+ wickets @ < 30 average.
Remarkably, of those 14 players, 10 are in the 2000+ runs @ >30, 50+ wkts @ <30 club.
The usual suspects are there - Ashwin, Botham, C.Cairns, Imran, Kapil, Miller, S.Pollock & Rhodes.
Who are the other 2 in the 30+ Tests, 2000+ runs @ >30, 50+ wkts @ <30 club?*
* Please avoid the piss easy Statsguru search that you can do!!

Asif Iqbal was an excellent get (3574/38.86; 53/28.34)
There is one more.

Re: Trivia 2018
Keshav Maharaj became the 13th player to take 8 or more wickets on the 1st day of a Test match (8-116 of 9-124) in the recent 2nd Test SL v SAf at Colombo.
There are 3 players to do better than Maharaj's 8 on Day 1. Who?
