https://www.theage.com.au/business/companies/seven-and-foxtel-nab-cricket-broadcasting-rights-in-1-billion-deal-20180413-p4z9cq.html
And it's confirmed that seven indeed will partner Foxy. Imagine Bwuce, cricket and all those stats!

http://www.heraldsun.com.au/rendezview/cricket-deal-is-just-the-change-we-need/news-story/80c621b01bcd96c59c19ff32f644a118

Article here welcomes the loss of the tired old voices of Nine, but I'm not sure what the obsession with having to have a female commentator is.

Also, serious question - will seven have access to the archival material or will we be seeing AFL or tennis during rain-breaks?

It'll keep the feminazi's happy as well as paying homage to the god of political correctness..

Yes seen as being PC these days to have a Female commentator, whether they add anything to the Commentary team or are just a token Female is another question.
As for the Archival footage, suspect Nien retain the rights to that, so be prepared for reruns of mkr etc to fill in any delays.

dont dance too soon

as Nein no longer needs a commentary team they are all unemployed and will be sending their CVs to 7

7 is shit enough to hire them

Sutherland and Worner were unconvincing on the anti syphoning and ODIs

Worner is a grub ...SF GCS and Bangers should be reinstated if CA can deal with qunts like him

Actually I was thinking that Seven could do a CGI Richie (similar to Star Wars Ep 7) and get Billy Birmingham to do the voice.
