DGB did make the list of 23 but not on the Invincibles tour:
0 & 82 – DG Bradman (Aus) v Eng, Sydney(2), 1936-37
Hmmmm I thought it was one of those little known quirks of his final test due to the duck. Like Arthur's 196. But I was wrong as is your book yet again. The century and the duck came in Nottingham, not as high a score as dipshit in SA but.....

Re: Trivia 2019
That wasn't a first ball ton but you are right re Bradman. He famously was out first ball in the first Bodyline test he played and then returned in the second dig for his only ton of the series.
So DGB at least has two.

Re: Trivia 2019
Boys, I was after golden ducks and 50s as captain.
The Nottingham effort was not a golden duck (he lasted 10 balls), nor was DGB captain in the Bodyline Test.

Ah sorry. My mistake. That’s why I didn’t include Bradman originally. So I blame the forum Bradman for confusing the issue.

Chappell made a golden duck (his 1st innings of the 1972 Ashes in England) at Old Trafford in T1 (lardy's mate Bruce Francis made 26). Chappell made 7 in the 2nd innings (more than Francis' 6!! ) so doesn't make the list.

The forum Bradman says get farked skulls, and will look closely at the question and the stats to poke holes in your question and stats.
The forum Bradman is normally a reasonable and rational whose feelings of sensitivity and caring are legendary on the forum, but get farked skully. The forum Bradman also says if anyone points out he's just used two words with effectively the same meaning twice see legal doublets and get farked.
The forum Bradman reiterates get farked skully.

Re: Trivia 2019
I realise this is tempting fate, but are there any stats on positions in a batting order topscoring in consecutive innings? e.g. All 6 Australian innings in the first 3 tests featured the #4 topscoring & there is a slight possibility that could happen again today.

Doing it right now.
Have ruled out DGB, Pollock and Headley so far.
I reckon Aus's current run of 7 top scores by our no. 4 will be hard to top.

Re: Trivia 2019
Weekes ruled out.
Walcott out-scored him 108 to 101 in the 5th of his consec tons. WI also batted in the 2nd innings of his 1st ton in the sequence, with one of the openers top scoring.
Might need to add a "completed innings" qual.

Re: Trivia 2019
Here's a reasonably topical one.
In the most recently played major Test, India made 242 in its 1st innings of the 2nd Test v NZ at Christchurch in Feb 2020. This innings remarkably included 3 50s (PP Shaw 54; CA Pujara 54; GH Vihari 55).
This is not a unique occurrence in Tests (3 x 50s in an all out total of <250 - this has happened at least 6 times previously) but it's only the 2nd time individuals have made 3 scores in the 50s i.e. >49<60 in an all out total of <250.
When was the first?
Bonus points if you can list the other 5 occasions of 3 x 50s (includes score above 59) in an all out total of <250 as well.

Hmm, I missed the first one - well done, and yes on the 2nd.
You have the ones with 50s (<60), now what about the others? You have one.
3 x 50s in all out total <250:
NZ (249/1st inns) v Eng, The Oval, 1937 - #5 MP Donnelly 58; #7 ML Page 53; #8 AW Roberts 50
Ind (236/1st inns) v Pak, Bahawalpur, 1954-55 - #4 VL Manjrekar 50; #6GS Ramchand 53; #9 NS Tamhane 54*
?
?
?
Aus (221/1st inns) v SAf, Johannesburg 2017-18 - #3 UT Khawaja 53; #7 TD Paine 62; #8 PJ Cummins 50
Ind (242/1st inns) v NZ, Christchurch, 2019-20 - #1 PP Shaw 54; #3 CA Pujara 54; #6 GH Vihari 55
