Depends what they all do I guess. You can't praise initiatives like the NRL W but then criticise the "waste" of money.

I am willing to bet 15-20% could be trimmed. I am a bastard on such matters though.

Yeah an update every 15 min on what was said 15 min previously suggests foxy has more money than sense.

How piss-weak were Latrell and Josh belatedly claiming "cultural reasons" for their bbq, fishing, shooting and motor biking weekend at Old Bar?
Really, boys???

NRL management from HQ to the clubs, must despair at the bone-headedness of players.

So Albury Council bans the Storm from training at any of their grounds.
What a pack of roobs. Thankfully the Albury Tigers FC said Storm could use their privately owned ground.

Re: Rugby League 2020
Councillors always have an inflated opinion of themselves and are generally a bunch of self-interested egomaniacs.
I know from first hand personal experience. It's like watching a room full of Donald Trumps trying to agree on something. Generally voting goes on party lines, and there's always too many greens involved.

The Feds and the States are saying no exceptions for the NRL on the "no jab no play" rule.
Looks like Cartwright and the Coconut Catholic Cultists may be on the sidelines if the NRL is to prceed as planned.

The no jab no play rule is ridiculous. If they get stood down it had better be on full pay.

Bet if this thing wàs killing half the people on the planet and someone found a cure they'd be the first rolling their sleeves up.
BTW stopping people crossing state borders is unconstitutional but we've done it.

That’s not really the point is it. The flu jab achieves nothing in relation to Covid so why insist on it?

Microbiologically that seems a reasonable assumption but we don't know that ...
However, flu vaccinations do reduce the risk and severity of flu, so these
An accountant hould be able to calculate the increased financial risk to which they are exposing their teams and the competition, and adjust their salaries accordingly. Give them that choice.

Bogan ignorant pigs. I like it. Problem is these BIPs have just become poster boys for a serious public health policy matter. And none most of them couldn't spell serious public health policy let alone articulate an argument in their own defence. Throw in religion and we're off to the races.

Re: Rugby League 2020
So the NRL is going with one ref and the new 6 again rule (to penalise wrestling and ruck infringements). But the refs have spat the dummy and have gone to Fair Work.
V'landy's will be wanting to go back to Racing.
Meanwhile, Bryce Cartwright is apparently* reconsidering having a jab after being told he'll be stood down without pay without it (a loss of half a mill or so). It's his nut-case partner that's the antivaxxer.
