I know that group started meeting Thursday before last and had the big ndustry leaders on it. Don't know much about childcare but know that's a recipe for disaster. Seemed like it was a case of do something or be seen to do something now.

Yep BoZo is still in ICU on a ventilator.

I hope Minister Spudhead (who owns a few child care centres) had no involvement in the Fed decisions.

Apparently* that news was incorrect last night. Seems he's now in Intensive Care.

ICU isn't just for ventilators. Some would even say that that's the easy bit.

High fraction oxygen supplements and NIV would come before mechanical ventilation.

I'm guessing from his appearance that he's smoked a few cancer sticks in his time, so he's at risk.

Apparently* the recovery rate for someone of his age who goes to the ICU for CV is 54%. It falls to 20% if a ventilator is needed.

Those are pretty farked odds!

Actually it turns out there's a few floating around and even a school of poetry on the theme( justifying my contempt for free poetry). Turns out there's a couple of songs too. I can't put them in the right thread obviously.
