WA deserved their Shield win. All the best to Whiteman and the Hardie Boy, who hopefully go on to bigger and better, to Hoss for whom it might not be absolutely too late just yet (though he wants to get a move on), to Mush who can now retire content (assuming he takes the hint), and even to MishMash who will most likely take over big bro's gig as skipper, which would be good because it further diminishes the threat of him darkening the Test dressing room door again.

Skull was talking up Hardie last night on The Back Page which means he's destined for domestic mediocrity.
