Keegan Palmer defended his Tokyo skateboard Gold, and sailor Matt Wearn did the same in his Laser class boat. The Aus team pursuit took Gold in the cycling, then Nina Kennedy rounded out an unbelievable night by taking the pole vault Gold.

Officially our best ever Olympic Gold return.

Sleep is suffering!

I would have thought the Paris Olympics (with it's wee small hours live action) were perfect for a man like you who thrives on 3 hours sleep a night.

Personally, I don't know how you do it!!!

believe it or not, she won the Oceania qualification, so just think how bad the others must have been in comparison?
