Gough and Brezzy have got a lot of work to do still today.
They've got less support than Charlie Dimmock on a hot day with this Yorkshire line-up.

Langer is currently 34* and now only 1 run behind Mark Waugh for 3rd on the all time Aust FC runs list.

What a f*cking disgrace. Stupid moronic shit-tips.
We've somehow allowed Middlesex to get a lead with two wickets remaining when we've had them 60-5 and 173-8. F*cking joke.

Paul Horton becomes that rarest of things; an Englishman averaging 50 in FC Cricket.

Fixed.
If he's eligible, I can't see how he won't find his way into the England set up in some way or other for the winter - if not earlier.
Re: English county season 2008 (II)
Well, quite a few Englishman currently were born in dubious places. I'd like to know his parentage before I can call him either an Aussie or an Englishman. To me, it don't really matter if he's any better than the current shite. Looked a bit crap in the FP game midweek, but so did Lancashire's whole side.

Sydney born and raised. Came over as a teen.
List A average of 18 - no fifties. I think it's fair to say, given the huge discrepancy between that and his FC average, limited overs cricket is not his thing.
Add him to the list, along with Vaughan, Hoggard, Harmison... basically all English cricketers bar Pietersen and Flintoff.

I am pretty sure Horton has Australian parents.

Re: English county season 2008 (II)
That unreliable bastion of knowledge, Wikipedia, has this to say:
"Horton was born and raised in Sydney, Australia before moving to Liverpool, England, (the native home of his parents) as a teenager."
I would deem that dubious and unacceptably un-English. Send the bugger back! He has a taste for Roses matches, I suppose it comes from being an Aussie skunt who likes it rough and rugged.
