Eurg.... Clarke run out. That will slow down the rate. Hopefully Symonds can work a bit of magic.

Drunky and Drunky Jr. depart in reasonably quickly one after the other.

That's a bit rich coming from an England fan.
There's no doubt that England are inferior to some third-world countries at the minute, but this Australia side looks like a frail and distant relation of the all-conquering side of just a year ago. We all anticipated a difference in quality, I think, but I'm quite alarmed by how bad and beatable the Australians have looked in this series so far. They've allowed a poor Test side to compete with them in a way that I don't think South Africa would currently.

FFSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
Fecking umps
I've had enough.
Symonds gloves it down the legside. Not out.
What a farce.

They fluked a Test and were then thrashed. South Africa won in Pakistan prior to beating the Windies and secured a creditable drawn series in India afterwards.

And? No conclusions can be drawn until Australia have faced similar series.

What happened with the Symmo decision?
Half of the Windies seems to be ready to go to war. That is, if they can put down the maryjane.

Even Tony Cozier is getting vexed. You know something is wrong when that happens.

Well, I guess we will see about that in the second half of this English season - whether this SA team has something extra compared to the ones that have thrown away the lead in all three of their Test series in England since their return to competition.Augustus wrote:PearlJ wrote:Augustus wrote:Dare I say it...Australia look a bit crap currently.

If they beat England comfortably, and that would mean winning at least three of the four Tests, then perhaps they are on the way to challenge Australia's number 1 ranking.

Thing is WI have got to come out of this fighting and not let it get to them. Otherwise it just looks like sour grapes if they throw the game away....

This is not a contest. What is the point?
I honestly would not be upset if Sarwan lead his team off the field Inzi style. That may be cause it is just after the moment and I am incredibly pissed off.

I am fearing for the sanity of various members of the West Indies team. Runako Morton is a nutter at the best of times, and Xavier Marshall is an unpredictable young man.
Xavier was telling Symonds where to shove it a few mins ago. I hope they keep it together.
