Sour grapes? We haven't lost yet. Besides I'm pleased with how we fought back in the evening given those decisions earlier in the day.

Even for an Aussie, you are one eyed. Have you even acknowledged the umpiring mistakes that took place in your favor today?

PJ, though Wifan has had a touch of the Subi-sook about him today, there is no need to be childish in retaliation. The Windies tail got a couple of calls go against them, I can understand his frustration in that a drwn game might now be a loss, even though Oz had 2 or 3 similarly bad calls go against them . . .

Yes of course. I already said that. But how exactly did we cheat?

And I don't see how you fought back. we got 244 runs at 4 per over. The wicket didn't mean anything.

It may well be just that, but does insulting the Windies team in turn help change that?

Heat of the moment and all that. Got a bit carried away. I was actually referring to Brett Lee when he got hit by Fidel. Lee's running towards his teammates without looking at the umpire thing has always annoyed me.

I guess the reason West Indians to a man are so fired up this evening is that we have been through all this on our last tour. We just want a fair contest, and 2 bad calls when the Aussies are 350 runs ahead does not even up 3 bad calls when we were in no trouble and looking to get close to the Aussie total.

Much as I love Test matches that finish up with one side winning, there's a lot to be said for the draw. It's still a valid result, and when a team has had to fight hard against the opposing team to get one, it 's often satisfying to watch. In this match, the WIndies were really fighting hard, for it all to be snatched away by some crap umpiring.

Maybe I should start a thread on how to improve umpiring...
