England simply don\'t do dominant Test victories...
N\'er a truer word spoken.
Good article from Andrew Miller.
It\'s a shame the selectors can\'t apply the same logic of stringing 5 unchanged test sides together (historical FFS!) ... as reading joined up sentences in articles such as this one.
Edit: Perhaps they might just see the light.

KP's a pretty special bat. Pity the quota system robbed SA of him.

It wasn't the quota system. It was the fact that KP is an arrogant SOB.

who is to say KP would have the test record he has now if he stayed in SA?

Congrats to KP (and Ambrose) on a great recovery by England. I watched a bit last night and KP looked in fine touch, with hardly a false stroke. Truly a class player (can see him scorong plenty in Ashes 09). And Ambrose did an excellent support job to help resurrect the English innings.

Welcome to the Dark Side JKL ....
Took awhile ... but glad to now have you with us.
I haven't seen any play today, got dragged out to go somewhere just as play was getting started
FFS - Bell AND Colly?
You know the biggest pisser is that we'll get 300 and NZ are so shit we'll still be ahead in the game.
...
Thats the crux though isn't it. We'll deal with this dreadul Kiwi side just, that in fairness hasn't looked too far from us in performance, and that Thunderqunt Captain and Coach combo of ours will sprout the:
"We've won 5 in 6 tests" aren't we great = No changes = A dreadful rooting by the Saffies!

I suspect Pearl ain't a fan of KP's for him to have made such a rash statement!

Sky pundits, the media, Flaming Baller's ... surely we can't ALL be wrong.
TBH, the likes of me, Chas and you were banging on about it a couple of years back whilst others(Sky team, pundits etc.) were literally rinsing one off and fingering their own shitboxes about his cover-drive or late cut.

Amen to that.
Let's just hope the "pretty boy" now falls out with his
adoring captain - maybe then our dreams will be realized.

I feel so vindicated.
And yet quite depressed that we are actually that shoitehouse, and our management and selectors are that big a bunch of qunts, that they cannot see these such obvious things!
Someone should make the Sky Team aware of our little paradise. I can imagine Bumble loving some of the posts on this 'ere forum.

I'll e-mail the qunt. He'd at least read it, I reckon. I'll tell him that some of us on here weren't blinded by Bell's sex pixie status, realised he actually had a heap of skin where his knackers were supposed to be blah blah. Think that'd get him to at least join for a look. Maybe. If he's bored.
Re: England v NZ, 3rd Test, Trent Bridge, 5th-9th June
Chas -
Can't help suspecting they have an ear tuned in here.
I've often heard the team chatting about issues that were
debated on here literally days before - with some of the
points discussed almost mirroring those expressed on the forum.

No.
But you get my drift.
Mr. "I just can't see anyone else out there doing any better" has just had to face up to the fact he'll most likely see someone else out there doing better.
I'm sure the posters are on the floor, in pieces.
Same too in the LLL 'household'.
Tears of sincere sorrow.

TBH, thought the same myself a few times. Just put it down to coincidence.
