Between 28-40 medals has been the forecast.

We're strong in track cycling, rowing & sailing.

Now if there were as many events in Track Cycling as there were in Swimming we could even match those sporting fascismo's down under!!

Great finish in the road race. It's a bit bizarre that the Spanish guy who won the Gold Medal after 6 and half hours racing against the best in the world at a mature professional sport has done as well as as the Chinese girl who won gold in the 48kg class weightlifting.

That is one of the things that gets me about the Olympics. Each gold means the same yet some events are so much harder than others.
