Ah well - 3 more bowling points - almost there....
Looks like the Bears will join you - can't believe Frost has walked back into FC cricket and caning div 2 attacks for fun!

I suppose so, but we're going to have to do some serious recruiting this Winter - batsmen mainly, the bowling should be ok.

I suppose this is the time where we all agree that Nottinghamshire are the best and that it would only be fitting if we won the title. And that Samit Patel is better than Ravi Bopara. We could go on like this for an eternity . We'll still f*ck it up yet though, I'm sure.

Shiv 130 not out scoring at a strike-rate of 70 plus. Clearly a plan to push on tomorrow as the weather is going against Durham.

'Another failure for Michael Vaughan, dismissed for 14 at Scarborough.'
Thanks for nothing Mikey, AGAIN!
NOW will you guys seeking a Messiah for Ashes 2009 FFS give it up?
Has-been ... waste of space ... lost it .... flatters to please .... not worth the £250K plus central contract ...
BAN VAUGHAN.

Yep. Inbetween work - everytime I flick back on to the commentary Fat Sam seems to hit a 6
And this is the man we're picking in the JAMODI side as virtually a specialist bowler at the moment...

Re: English county season 2008 (VI)
We all know that Vaughan will be on the India tour, runs or no runs.
He said it himself (rather modestly) that form is temporary, class is permanent. Whether he meant that the brief blip of amazing form he had in 2002/3 was totally out of keeping with his years before and since where he's averaged about 34 is open to interpretation.
Gosh, this box is small. What's happened?

Already been done by Lever, Bob ...
Anyway, at least my gripes worked the trick and the bugger walked out.

Slurrey on to their 4th keeper of the innings!
Jonathan Batty went off injured after ten balls of Nottinghamshire's innings. He was replaced by Scott Newman before lunch and then Dan Euston from Malden Wanderers afterwards.
Gary Wilson took over behind the stumps at the start of Day 3.

Re: English county season 2008 (VI)
Durham bowled out for 380 shortly before lunch on Day 3 in the first innings of the game.
Yorkies 204/2 replying (coincidentally) to Zummerzet's 380ao.
Notts have a 1st innings lead of 239 runs, currently 506/8 at the Oval.
Weather set fair.
Trying hard not to get excited. When does it start going wrong?

Only thing I can suggest is if Lancs suddenly win that game against Kent then you may find some collusion going on in the Yorks/Zummers game.

'Collusion'? I doubt it. Yorkshire have made no attempt to win a game all summer, regardless of how Lancashire get on given our penchant for last innings collapses I suspect it will be bonus points and a draw all the way.
30-5 you say? Useless Kents.

Can't see how a collusion is going to affect us too much anyway.
Yorkies are hardly going to collude their way to a defeat, and as long as the Bumpkins don't win...

If Lancs win, I can see both Yorks & Somerset at the very least entertaining a target for either side rather than a tame draw.
