Re: Dave Graveney versus Flaming Bails
Looks like the side most of us have wanted to play for over 2 years (give or take a few players)
4 bowlers, Fred at 7(or 8)
Sadly, Freds farked and we're not likely ever to play him in a 4 man attack.

I'd like to see D Graveney in a cage fighting scenario taking on the whole flaming bails collective. I can picture him, naked but for a leather mini-skirt and a necklace of human teeth, drenched in blood with a maniac grin on his face standing atop a pile of despatched formmers. Can you photoshop that Dello?

First into the cage to do battle ... Holcs followed immediately by the Fink.
Game over.

Re: Dave Graveney versus Flaming Bails
There wasn't actually a colour in my paint programme that could be matched to Graveney's face.
There may not be such a colour in existence.
This may be his gift to the world, his legacy: the colour Graveney.

Crumbs...and umm...crumbs again...is there anything the man can't photoshop? How about Ian Bell as a many-armed hindu-style god giving birth to all of creation while stroking a small kitten and reading the God Delusion by Richard Hawkins?
I think DG's skin colour is actually a stage of rigor mortis.

I'd like to see that little Mushfiqur Rahim break-dancing on Tubby Taylor's guts. Novel.

Well, the Bellhop is a ginga, so the hindu-style god(dess) thing giving creation to the Irish/Scots/Basques is highly probable ... you'd have to consult Prof Buckaroo about planet alignments first though.
However, I'm not quite sure exactly what he'd be stroking ... though DG's cherry lustred face, amongst his other parts, does sadly come to mind.
(Well, it's guaranteed to keep Shah out of the team anyway)

He could be a stroking a small Gareth Batty.

Could we then expect Batty to grow in stature thereafter?Eric Air Emu wrote:He could be a stroking a small Gareth Batty.
