I'm visiting Perth this week and took a trip to the Little Creatures brewery today. Went on a brewery tour and was lucky enough to be given a pint of 'Day Of The Long Shadow' which I'm drinking now. I've never tried spicey beer before! I was told to drink it just off room temperature. Gorgeous flavour and aroma but it is strange drinking beer that is warm in comparison to what I'm used to.

Careful you don't turn into a pom.

It's been a long time since I've lived in a cold climate but I can see the merit in drinking this beer at this temp at the end of a freezing cold day. The labels says "best savoured long into a cold winter night, sipped slowly while solving those elusive problems of the world ... chesterfield and fireplace optional".

Yeah... I've pretty much picked the best pic though... pair'o'chebs that were usually hidden away inside a 'serious feminine jacket'. Apart from that she's got a 'Spitting Image' face if ever twas one.
