Re: Australia v South Africa, 1st T20, Melbourne, Jan 11
he will be lucky to have avoided serious chips or breaks to his hip...in 60 years time when abdv is in his 80's he will prolly need that hip replaced and (if the marbles are still rolling around) remember the damage was incurred in a rubbish shorty pyjama game

We can't beat them fair and square but our plan to hospitalise their best players before the tour of South Africa is coming along nicely.

If they're not smart enough to get out of the farqing way, then they deserve all they get.

Interestingly, Albie Morkel's average (in both ODI and rubbish) is much higher when his brother is also playing, than not.

But as it happens...
Albie...
ODI record with Morne
Bat ave: 40.80, Bowl ave: 23.78
without Morne
Bat ave: 11.16, Bowl ave: 29.00
T20I record with Morne
Bat ave: 38.50, Bowl ave: 35.33
without Morne
Bat ave: 12.00, Bowl ave: 21.00
So his bowling in T20Is is the only aspect that is worse when playing with his brother.

That Warner chap has a fairly decent eye, give him a little tweak on the technique front and he'll be alright I reckon in all forms of the game!
As for Duminy, I'd heard from a few people he was something special, but he just gets better and better.
A classical innings in a T20 game. Was great to see.

Oh and Tait albeit farking sharp is muck.
If he could bowl a decent length then he'd be quality.

Bowling with a pure action I think he'd struggle to compete. I notice he doesn't get near the test team. Who cares about a few T20s and ODIs!

To be fair to the qdb I don't think Botha is up to International standard ....it's just that those useless qunts the NSP have installed as "Batters" keep proving me wrong

Well most would think that as you were talking about his T20 international form, you were the one who was caring.

It's hard to talk about him in a test forum when he's not up to playing at that level.
