Both. Taylor's been superb. England have been abject. Rabbits in the headlights.

Like we've seen a million times before.

How dare Flintoff and Sidebottom be having a laugh at the crease.

Ultimately, English cricket deserves this. I'm partly distraught, partly delighted.

Flintoff makes double figures. Surely raising the bat is in order?

I hadn't noticed before that Ian Bell was Adidas Man these days: bat, gloves, pads, boots - team kit manufacturer.

Is it possible that he's a sponsor's pick?

Well, they've picked players in their batting order who have been on borrowed time for too long.

If Bell survives this then we should build our new warships out of him.... indestructable.

It's not that those in the side are that much worse than those challenging to get in. It's that they're complacent when they've got absolutely no right to be...

I am surprised Gayle went for Powell instead of Edwards. Edwards usually does a fair job with tailenders.

Sidebottom's such a tough little blocker. We need more county heroes in this England team, not less. Technically brilliant little squirts like Ian Bell get you nowhere. Marquee bowlers like Harmison get you nowhere.

Anyway, have we lost yet?

To be honest, I'm having a lot more fun here than I should be! The perverse sense of justice is over-taking the feeling of pure horror. Yes, England, you're shit. We've been saying it for years. Dare you realise now at your lowest ebb? Because if you ****** DON'T, you're not the idiots I took you for. You're just knobs.

Pietersen must be privately smiling a little - he was very, very right in some respects.

Execrable. Insipid. Disgusting. Woeful. Useless. Abominable. Atrocious. Deplorable. Despicable. Detestable. Wretched. Revolting. Horrific.

I'd cry in my teacup if I had one.

Will we see Harmi at his slogging best here? A couple of clean hits and he could be second top scorer.

8 down....

I'd quite like them to hang on for the day, just so they have to linger at the ground for a bit longer.

JK, I know what you mean, but it is the arrogance of the media from before the Stanford Series that has made the 2nd consecutive humiliation of the England team that much more enjoyable.

I'm confused.
You have a WI flag as your emblem and yet you say have we lost yet?
