Perhaps I should have kept that to myself, on reflection.

Close match or not, international cricket really shouldn't be played on pitches like this. It just shows off all the worst things about the 50-over game.

Think it's been a tight game. They're always mildly more interesting, even if there's no expansive shots being played.

Almost won the match for England single-handed. Will be interesting now. I still don't see how England could mess this up to this extent.

Malinga should be a lot easier to hit than any of the other bowlers. England should look to get runs off his over.
6 off 9.

I think Mr. Koertzen might not have such a good grasp of D/L - remember the WC Final?

D/L reduced the target by 1 run. You seem to have as good a grasp of D/L as Rudi!!

Pretty inept run-chase from England, but they got there in the end thanks to Swanny, Broady and Rybot.
They've got to address the top four, though. They can't keep trying to win games from 60-4.
Bowling's shaping up all right, mind.

Aye 4 down inside the powerplays AGAIN.
When was the last time we opened with a 50 partnership?
