Looks like stone cold draw and it's only half way through day 3. Test cricket at it's very best...

Not many were complaining while ENgland were hitting through the line at will for almost 2 days. I agree that this is too flat, but don't rule out West Indian rashness giving a result a chance.

Now or never for England. New ball available straight after tea, bowlers had a nice little rest - if they're ever going to take charge of this match, it's got to happen soon.
It's been pretty turgid, one-paced, one-dimensional fare thus far.

Yup great stuff by Sarwan, let's put some things into perspective - this must be the weakest England attack he's ever faced.
England need a collapse in this session or this is going to be turgid karachi like stuff after all... Bopara was just getting his medium drossy filth into gear before the interval. I can feel a rush of wickets coming on....

I dunno, Chanders has come out a couple of gears up from usual. From a Windies' perspective they've batted entertainingly. From England's POV, they've been rubbish apart from Graeme Swann. Is it a coincidence that Swann has played more FC matches than just about everybody in the England team? I'm always one who believes these England players need to hone their skills in the domestic game...

Well, Ryan Sidebottom's domestically honed skills haven't amounted to much so far...
Re: West Indies v England, 4th Test, Bridgetown - Feb 26-Mar 2
He's not really bowled any worse than the other guys and has appreciably less talent though. He also looks as if he's a bit, well, cream crackered.

Mentioned this before, but it seemed like something snapped within him after his 7-47 in the first innings in Napier.
In the second innings, he was walking on egg-shells and looked totally spent, out on his feet. I put it down to it being the end of a long winter in which he'd carried the attack single-handedly, but it seems to be more serious than that as he hasn't bounced back at all.

As Botham said, the decision was a shocker. Bad luck Chanderpaul.

I think a lot of people were saying hmmm... this is all a bit too easy by half and now both sides have batted...there you go. Although there goes Chanderpaul.

Fair punishment for cynical Windian pitch doctoring I say.

That is the sort of decision that should earn Harper his pension. Awful, outrageous decision that could literally win England the match.

I'm up for boiling Daryl Harper's eyes in Optrex.
Sh!thouse Anderson gets another one for the tally, and Shiv gets sawn off.
Hope this referral 'system' is ended. Soon.

They should be brought to account and publicly explain the logic in their decision.WIFAN wrote:That us the sort of decision that should earn Harper his pension. Awful, outrageous decision that could literally win England the match.
