Re: Wimbledon
I hope he doesn't win, as always I'm hoping for a Federer win.
Is PearlJ still around? He'd be a good person to ask who he thinks will win Wimbeldon if you are a betting man. After Wimbeldon last year he made the bold prediction that Federer would never again win another grand slam.
He won the next one of course, but despite this some more PearlJs of wisdom came and it was again a case of "ok this is definately the last one he'll win".
Essentially, ask PearlJ for his tip and make sure you don't bet on it!

Federer has at least another 4 grand slam titles in him, imo.

Re: Wimbledon
I wouldn't say "at least" though I think he could quite easily do it. He is older than most tennis players on the tour now though, but I would still think he could win Wimbeldon and the US Open this year.Henry wrote:Federer has at least another 4 grand slam titles in him, imo.
If he wins Wimbeldon then every grand slam after is a bonus, though I certainly wouldn't put it past him to pass 20.

Ok, I'll remind him in two and a half weeks about yet another wrong prediction on his behalf.JKLever wrote:I was just channelling PJ in his absence...

A fully fit Nadal to win Wimbledon again this year.

Anyway news this morning looks bleak.
When asked about propects of playing Wimbledon, his uncle Toni Nadal said :
"For me. I'm flying to Majorca. It is not good. His knees are not good, it is difficult to get down to low balls."
Can't think what he means by that!
Without Nadal - has to be Federer now.

I guess that explains why he needs to jiggle his crotch before every serve.

Federer's title to lose now. I would LOVE to see him absolutely annihilate Murray in the final.

Re: Wimbledon
I don't hate him because he's Scottish, I hate him because he's a twat. Some say the two aren't mutually exclusive but I'm far too open-minded for that.DJ_Smerk wrote:Nah Murray for the win in my opinion.

He really is a twat though.

Re: Wimbledon
Twat? Have you ever met him personally?
McEnroe wasn't exactly likable but he still did extremely well.
