Would be a victory of sorts to at least make them bat again and not have that "innings" on the final result...
With Monty at the other end should Anderson have a slog in the slight hope of giving them say 30 off 5 to chase?

England just cannot bat a day out to save their lives. Allan D do you happen to know the last time they managed it? I can't recall any this decade. Maybe against South Africa in 2003, can't remember that series too well but remember we got a draw from an improbable situation at one point I think.
