Re: Rugby Tri Series
Well, the ABs defended, Australia didn't.
And it's frigging hard to win a game of rugby without the ball.

Aus unchanged.
Australia to win by 10 or more.
Hang on, woooo, wait, who's the ref?
urrrrrrrrrrrggh. Didn't I misread this one. Turnover ball & small balls killed us. Wonder if Brad Thorn would like to ..... er, no, that's right, he can't switch back, again.

What a match. Aust were down and out with a man in the bin, got a latish try to go 2 ahead, conceded a penalty after a farcical phase when the ball hit Beale in the face with 4 to go and then Beale kicked a 55m penalty on the bell to win it by 2.

It obviously improved his aim.
Perhaps Midge should try it.

In his final year of playing football for a school team he was asked by his English teacher why he hadn't paid any attention at all for the whole term. The story goes that Quade conveyed to the teacher that any future need for the written form of the language would be limited to signing his name.

They are Mighty Dubbers, h, so they have a brain as opposed to thick Banjo Y-Geners like Stephanie Rice.horace wrote:how old are Joshy h and stevie nix?
Hehehe, so another footy player who'll make hay while the sun shines, p!ss up the wall, snort or gamble most of it away then bleat that footy codes don't have a decent Super system to support the "elites" of the game like him, once he retires battered and broken at 32.Mick Sawyer wrote:G.Wood wrote:I saw that Quade Cooper bloke interviewed on the Nooz. Re: Rugby Tri Series
Meanwhile, swimmer Stephanie Rice, 22, was on Monday labelled a "complete idiot" for tweeting "Suck on that f—gots Probs the best game I've ever seen!! Well done boys" After the Wallabies' Tri-Nations rugby victory over South Africa on Saturday night.
The comment was later removed and she apologised for the post.
Rice has since been dumped by her luxury car maker sponsor Jaguar and forced to hand back the $100,000-plus XF vehicle.
"We have terminated our agreement with her," Jaguar spokesman Mark Eedle said.
"We will be taking the car that she's been using back.
"It's to do with how we want to associate our brand and unfortunately this ... is not an association we want to have going forward."
Gay Sportsmen (those you can find in the public eye, anyway) have been divided over the comment.
Former Rugby Leeeeg player Ian Roberts attacked the Queenslander's comments, saying "It's a hurtful, spiteful, hatred-inciting comment," on 3AW radio, while Olympic gold medallist Matthew Mitcham said Rice's comments were "offensive and thoughtless", but he knew his friend of two years was not a homophobe.
"She luvs gays but used very ill-chosen language," Mitcham tweeted.
