All things considered you'd have to say that along with Bangladeshi players, Pakistan's players are the least paid amongst the test nations.
Its true that due to the IPL ban even the NZ players make a LOT more money than the Pakistanis but thats like saying since my professor is MORE difficult than my friend's professor that gives me an excuse to cheat on the exams. If you look at it in ISOLATION then the Pakistan players make more than 99.9% of other people in PAK.
The only excuse that should be considered is if their families back home were geniunely threatened by Mazhar and co.
