So it's a North of the Harbour v South of the Harbour Spivtown battle. May just be more Kamates there than Filth supporters.

I probably would have been washing my hair had it been Manly vs Melbourne as I would not have wanted either side winning.
But we now have a chance to watch Manly get humiliated. I will most certainly be watching.

There'll be more Eastern Suburbs residents at the GF than if the R00ters had've made the decider.

At this point in time I think it is pertinent to remind everyone that Manly are scum.
That is all.

I land in Port Moresby about an hour after the game has finished. TF it's not STG v Filth. My hotel may still be standing.

If the Warriors win the GF & the AB's win the World Cup then life in this country will become unbearable so...'CARN MANLY'
Re: Rugby Leeeeeg 2011
If the Filth win in Sydney life will be unbearable. Like Pies bogans, Manly supporters are the most arrogant qunts in the Knee of Syd. Carn the Worriers.

2 cracking games in the lower grades to warm us up. I feel sorry for the cowboy kicker who missed a sitter to win after the full time siren in the under 20s.

Aye, two great games. I thought the Warriors were going to be beaten by a strip from loose ball carry in the final minutes two games in a row. Only for the Cows kicker choking, they would have.

Re: Rugby Leeeeeg 2011
Why did they play the National Anthems of NZ & Aust? Australia are not playing NZ FFS
Re: Rugby Leeeeeg 2011
The warriors don't come from Australia BD. It's called respect. And it's a good call from the NRL.
But try as I might I can't get excited about the game.

One of my bug bears actually. And with Manly playing our national anthem shouldn't be played ever. Especially as their players seem to think you can strip a ball with the point of your elbow.

Qmy does have a point. I dont really see what the anthem is needed for before any sporting contest.

Re: Rugby Leeeeeg 2011
I can remember going to a Rugby match at Landsdowne Road where the visiting team's national anthem wasn't played because if they played it for them they'd have to play it for the Poms. I don't even think they played their own.

Its not an international contest though, its the GF of a domestic league competition. Ar'nt there at least four Australians in the Warriors side? I know its a trivial point but ........
...at least they sang them in tune.

They've got a good anthem though.
