Re: BCCI Twenty20 Champions League Trophy
I see Mr Cricket is still only 36.
I thought he must be 40 by now, at least.
He must be good for another couple of years Test cricket, if his body holds up carving mightily to cow corner and hooking those sixes high over third man. And if he survives the hitting 'n' giggling generally.

The IPL teams are held back by some of the lesser known Indian players, many of whom are not up to club standard. They get shown up by teams that are actually TEAMS and not manufactured, money orientated filth.

Aye, I've actually been looking forward to seeing some of them. Have been a disappointment on a whole.
I'm glad the rug is getting dicked in the sh!tter (28 off 2 overs), that's what whores deserve. Like Pollard getting out cheaply to his T&T teammates. It's nice this tournament can dole out a certain brand of justice.

CSK fielding like Indians. Even Bollinger has been infected.

Aye, true, pretty conservative outfits and the bints aren't the best. Still, better than South Africa - who had two dudes out of six dancers!
Warner ton. He's a top T20 player

So, the Grade Cricket Slogger showed the value of Taking on the bowling attack of the worst team in the tournament for a ton. Well done him, I suppose.
And the Cape Cobras choke when the pressure was on. Typical Jaapanese effort.

Of course it is. He's just been picked for Australia, so his innate underperformance should return shortly.

Wow, that is a remarkable performance from the GSC. Apparently he was switch hitting balls out of the park.Brass Monkey wrote: Jebus! F*cking hell!!! Warner(135 off 69 balls - f*cking sensational!!!!!!!!) SMASHES Rougie Bollinger (0-48 off 3 overs)

He says he's been practising the switch-hitting. NSW started slowly but make the finals. The Cape Cobras started by torching NSW but choked badly when they had should have made the semis. Choking is in the SA DNA. Amazing to see Langeveldt still trundling in his inimitable pie chucking way.

Re: BCCI Twenty20 Champions League Trophy
Caught chunks of Warner's innings on Foxy at the pub. What an innings. I saw McCullum's 158* in one of the very early IPL games. Amazing to think he outdid Warner by 20+.
And SL's record of 260 looks quite remarkable (admittedly v Kenya) given the Blues 201 looked a monster score.

So, Somerset through. Top middle overs bowling really. Beddy and Buttler made a difference today.
