Re: Rugby League 2012
It has been a high quality first half. Shame that Cam Smith left his kicking boots at home.

Great win to Melbourne. The standard of their play was incredibly high.

Grouse Grand Final. As hard as they come. Great win by the Storm. Their outside defence was outstanding and cut off the wide running forwards and Ben Barba, who had th ordinary game he was due.
Top weekend so far. Aus, Swans, Storm and - fingers crossed for a good effort by Aus v Yarps.

Re: Rugby League 2012
great win by the stormies....found Roy and HG on the news radio...could not bear another moment of Gould and the Ch 9 tripe...Roy and HG rightly pilloried the bloke who bit Slater's ear (what a grub)- only thing that detracted from a great contest...only other sad thing was the misbehaviour post game of a few bulldog feral fans...
Cam Smith - who had a shocker with the boot- continues to come over as a decent and intelligent man...the other lasting memory of the game is of coach Bellamy game who looks like being on the verge of a heart attack every game - he could be a Bloods fan...
I am trying to repress the memory of the drunken Sutcliffe who totally mucked up the hosting of the post match ceremony...kenny symbolises why charnel nein has gone broke

Apparently* Doggies are up to their old tricks...
Australian Rugby League Commission chairman John Grant has described as "serious" the alleged verbal abuse of a female television reporter during the Canterbury Bulldogs' Mad Monday celebrations, indicating the player or players responsible are likely to face sanction.
Grant, the game's highest official in Australia, said he had been made aware of footage that depicted obscene comments being made from within Belmore Sports Ground towards a Channel Nine journalist yesterday.
