Holding thinks it's impossible to "bowl" the doosra but i reckon Saqlain did it with out a problem.

I think posters on this thread have been very disrespectful to the game(and Ajmal)

A highly skilled bowler who at best chucks it a little bit is being judged purely on the slight chuck and not how he has badly bamboozled the # 1 team.

Credit should be given where it's due.

He is very, very skilful. But you may as well replace the ball with a javelin / baseball in the above pictures.

A lot of off spinners and SLA bowlers like Abdur Razzaq and Botha look like chuckers if you are going to use 2 D pictures. Don't think the English posters have taken the defeat too well and have ended up disrespecting the game.

I lay no blame at Ajmal's door apart from being able to precipitate some frankly awful batting. Incredibly inept, sh!tty, awful batting. Horrendous. As pathetic as I remember England to be against a bit of 'mystery'.

BUT Using 2D, taking the defeat well and putting up a picture of a South African chucker as an excuse does nothing to disprove the quite frankly massive chuck that Ajmal is doing - unless you think he doesn't straighten his arm from that point? The above pictures of Ajmal shows from different angles the extent of his chucking.

I'm not sure about Shoaib. I saw numerous slow-mos where his elbow flexed backwards, didn't seem bad to me.

Was he wearing full length or 3/4 length sleeves?

Then his speed was down..

The first time I saw Shoaib bowling I was having a beer with a fairly reasonable FC quickie..

He was adamant he was chucking, and then said look at the sleeves. I watched Shoaib closely after that and noted that when he wore short sleeves he was normally 10 ks down in pace..
