I like Paul Collingwood as a commentator. He really adds insights. I just wanted to say that. And he wouldn't have farkin dropped that catch at slip.

Only 308 to reach 600, seems a more realistic possibility by the minute.

Monty does the job, instead of relying on feckless slips and skips. Just convince the ump it would have hit. Only cost 5 runs that drop.

At 1 run a minute that's only 5 hours; and plenty time left in this match. Don't be so negative. It's a flat track.tricycle wrote:Only 308 to reach 600, seems a more realistic possibility by the minute.

The Indian commentators are good eh? Just before Monty flattened Sharma's stumps they were saying what a good blocker he was. Can we have more of whatever was in that?

In the second innings, just demote Sharma to 11 and send him out as nightwatchman. Bhogle's become that irritating screeching noise in the ears, and he's replace by Siva. How brilliant.doctorspin wrote:The Indian commentators are good eh? Just before Monty flattened Sharma's stumps they were saying what a good blocker he was. Can we have more of whatever was in that?

Less than 50 shots away from 600.
You should replace Doughnut.doctorspin wrote:In the second innings, just demote Sharma to 11 and send him out as nightwatchman. Gambhir himself admitted that run out was his fault.
Even though I don't like him one bit, it was nice to see him taking responsibility for his actions though it seems hypoctritical of him to always talk about team coming first before individuals as he hardly ever practices what he preaches to others.

400ish would've been a good total on this pitch. But never mind, all the onus on Indian trundlers and (KP) now.

50 for Dhoni.
I thought I'd never say this for Dhoni in test cricket, but well played. Could prove to be a crucial innings.
