45.8 C in Sydney today. Highest ever recorded.

Will the Australian side reach the temperature.

Notice the five day forecast for Sydney and part of NSW doesn't make pretty reading. Bit like the scoreboard actually.

We actually had some rain today. Not enough to make a difference to my tanks but at least the grass stopped crackling when you walk on it.

A body of a man has been found in a burnt out vehicle in one of the bushfire hot spots in Gippsland.

Plenty of snow overnight here in Lincolnshire.

Couldn't help laughing this morning when I let the dog out. He was bouncing around the garden trying to avoid having his dangler dragging in the snow Very Happy

Australia, you crazy biatch. Currently Eastern Victoria is ablaze with dangerous uncontained fires, while Rockhampton is surrounded by floodwaters after 300 mm of rain overnight.

Yes, my husband and son are stuck in Rockhampton. They went there yesterday to pick something up and now they'll probably be there all weekend. I wish I had gone with them yesterday. Sad
