Hass wrote:So, should the government be introducing a no-exercise tax?

Anyone who fails to exercise a certain amount each day will have a certain percentage added to their income tax. This will rise incrementally the less exercise someone does. All citizens will have to log their exercise records with an ATO-approved health practitioner. Both individuals and health officials will be audited on a targeted and random basis. Failure to complete a beep test to the standard reported in an individual's log could result in punitive fines or jail.

After all, people who don't exercise end up costing the government billions...

Watch out or the BMI tax, and private healthcare insurance tax breaks for regular gym attendees.

Well that puts a spanner in the works for my birthday weekend. If you're intoxicated, will they refuse you entry to the polling booth?

The polls open at 8.00am. When were you contemplating hitting the turps?

You could always vote informal by shitting in the booth and wiping your arse with the ballot paper. I've heard the Senate ballot sheet will have enough paper to ensure you are skid free. Cool

I think it will be line ball. Polling shows that first time voters favour Rudd. Understandable as most of them would still be living at home & wouldn't have had to put their hands in their pockets to pay for Labor's extravagant spending & ever increasing taxes.

cheers

But MrK knows that his vote is meaningless in the seat of Warringah. Hence he just cops the Electoral Commission fine each election. Nod

How will you be able to tell the two pricks apart?

Other than carbon tax and mat leave they pretty much have the same policies.
