Depends on our lineup. Probably would'nt be a bad idea to give Pattinson & Midge another 'rest'. On the slower wicket of Adelaide you would have to bring back D'oh for a start. Bring back Pup, Haddit & ...yes...Warner
Re: Australia v England, 5th ODI, Adelaide, 26 January, 2014
Pattinson doesn't need to be rested. He needs to be bowling plenty of overs under match conditions if he is going to get back to full fitness.

Agreed, but he should be doing it in State Cricket.

You both make a fair point. I reckon they'll play him in Adelaide.

I think you are right even though its obvious to everyone that he's been brought back too soon.
Re: Australia v England, 5th ODI, Adelaide, 26 January, 2014
Looks like Pup & Twatto will return but Haddit & Warner will continue to be rested. Wade again?....shirley not.
Re: Australia v England, 5th ODI, Adelaide, 26 January, 2014
Just play some spinners. That guarantees England won't score 300 as 30 overs will only cost a maxmum of 100 runs if they're bowled by any kind of tweakers.
Re: Australia v England, 5th ODI, Adelaide, 26 January, 2014
Just "slow bowlers" would be sufficient, they don't need to actually be able to turn it!

Yeah.....i would'nt bother rikkiing this thread either. Australia won the toss & then fell in steaming heap. Finch gone for seven. The inceasingly useless twatto goes for a duck. Clarke fart arsed around for 26 balls before being bowled.
Aust 43/3 after 14 overs.

FFS, may as well go back to the BBQ. 4-fer already?
I see Twat made his usual outstanding contribution. WhyTF was he rested from the last game - he's done fark all this summer.

A wry cheer from the crowd as a rare boundary is hit.
I guess we Aussies can be grateful that this isn't the start of the summer. This effort is how many of us thought the summer would go.

Amusing chat about Dizzy's 201* in his final Test innings. Made for a heinous looking "Manhattan".

Just seen the wickets replayed. Twatson - what a fraud. And Lark shows why he'll never be a Test player (and Dickinfo tells me he was dropped TWICE before that!!).

Scratchy, scrappy 50 by Beetle, but we could use his scrappiness in SAf.
And he's out - oh well.

No worries, you still have the best bowling attack in the world to restrict England.

Fork gone trying to lift the pace. Doesnt matter, its all over.
Re: Australia v England, 5th ODI, Adelaide, 26 January, 2014
At least we squeezed past 200, but Eng should get these within 40.
Good bowling by England, compounded by clueless batting by Aus.

I'm predicting 35 overs.
